Client Services Agreement

This agreement outlines the general terms under which CORA Project Solutions DBA CORA PMO provides services.

Scope of Services

CORA Project Solutions offers:

  • Project lifecycle management

  • Project technical writing support

  • Curated product execution and coordination

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in individual proposals or statements of work (SOW).

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

  • Communicate changes or requirements promptly

Fees & Payment

  • Fees will be outlined in a proposal or invoice

  • Payment terms (e.g., deposits, milestones) will be specified per project

  • Late payments may result in service delays

Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the project scope. Additional revisions or scope changes may require adjusted pricing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

CORA Project Solutions provides services based on professional expertise but does not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
